Someone whos always on the go, would like to feel something lightweight in their hand, helping with speed and efficiency/ease of use. The m8 however, isnt overly lightweight, and at times, feels protruding, making it harder to handle the phone. Ask yourself this question, what is easier to hold, a feather, or a brick?

Plastics are not really bad. Depends on the type of plastic being used. Polycarbonates are not really that bad. Kevlar is another that has been used by Motorola before. In what way is leather (used in Vertu and other premium phones) better than plastic? After a while, leather gives off. Plastic can be better than metal to reduce weight and provide better grip. I was having a real tough time to use my M8 without a back cover because it was so slippery. When we have a metal phone and cover it up with a plastic back case to avoid slips and scratches, why not accept the phone in a superior plastic itself?

An amazing piece of work, for those who like it, I believe. But not for me. I'd stick with phones from another manufacturer, thanks. :)

If the phone is full metal then it would give a good consideration. If Plastic again? Sorry, there are much better choice out there.

I hate phones which have two different looks for the back and front and this phone is definitely one of them. That is why I love HTC which has a complete look and a flawless OS.
