Yes, especially since it had a built in FM radio when it was launched. I had one of these, it was so small and different because of the flashy colors. Loved it.

Nokia could've easily put polyphonic ringtones (audio files, not MIDI) instead of monophonic ringtones and a polyphonic startup sound with this phone, 6310i, 8910, 8910i and 6510. A missed opportunity at the time to beat the Sony CMD J5, J6, J7 ...
