Anonymous, 05 Dec 2008i have E71,you should not released a fone that looks almost... moreWhat's with all the whining about recycled models? I can't even get 3G where I live because T-mobile's 3G coverage is horrendous. This phone allows me to save some money by not paying for a feature I can not even make use of.
However, I will admit Nokia has gotten lazy with their whole "re-releasing-models-with-minor-upgrades" tendency in later years. Because of the N97 however, they are forgiven.

Its surprising Nokia has launched E63 after launching the proven and versatile E71. E63 seems to be a distant clone in terms of looks, build quality and also in terms of features.

E71 Still remains King in this segment. Having 3.2 MP camera & GPS Navigation boosts its existence as compared to E63.
I will still stick to & recommend E71.

i have E71,you should not released a fone that looks almost the same as mine with a lower quality.it's unfair to owners of E71 who bought it at a much higher amount then coming out with a crap like that.

I just received the E71 and it is super tiny...WOW. But it's fast...I imagine this phone will be easier to deal with because it may not hold as many fingerprints...

The E71 is outstanding if you look at the version history, architecure and technology.I think the NOKIA E71 is a hybrid of the E-series just like the NOKIA 6600 is one of NOKIA's number one products. The next E-series will need a thorough head-start to fully compete with the E71- the thinnest hand-held supporting wi-fi and VOIP.

There'll probably jus b some more lil enhancement like upgrading d firmware & oda software compatibility issues,for me, i think it wud've made more sense for dem 2change d looks of d fone.

plain stupidity for nokia to come out with a phone that looks like the e71. it is so disappointing for me who owns an e71. this is just crap. i hate nokia. next time i'll be buying other brand that do not recycle their cp models.

I have been a dedicated Nokia User for abt 9 yrs now. E series range of phones has the best features compared to all the smartphones available in the market. E71 is the most featurepacked, affordable and Sturdy phone i hv ever used. And E63 looks equally promising. A smartphone should never be compared or judged basis camrea quality, music etc talktime, Business features Like- Quickoffice, data management, speed, applications (support) etc is what makes a smart phone smart :)
