Actually many dozen phones came and went, throwing those fake iphone-killer tags. And many will follow. Iphone holds firm n will stay so. Iphone sucks? Dare yourself and spend some half an hour gaming over it. Now you say it sucks! And hope that u dont lie.

do the e7, c7, & the c6-01 have autofocus like the n8 or not as this site says it does, but these opinions suggest they don't. or is it that the autofocus if at all present is useless?

Here's a example of a LCD vs AMOLED:

Notice the black dots everywhere on the right (AMOLED).
It's even noticeable on my friends' Nexus One. The E7 has even a lower resolution. Bigger screen + lower resolution = bigger black dots.

CPU is not only use for the screen. If it is, it would be called a GPU.
Most phones nowadays claim they have a Graphics Accelerator. But how come everything is still so slow? Scrolling is not smooth. Games are not smooth. Heck, even my Moto ROKR E6 claims it has a graphics accelerator but everything is still crappy slow.

Apple show that the apps are really what makes a phone work. When I had my Nokia, I looked for apps everywhere... just couldn't find what I needed. When I do find it, most of time it's not good, have bugs, bad interface, just not exactly what I needed. Same when I had a Motorola... no apps.
With the iPhone, I have 100's of apps to choose from that does similar things! So I can pick and choose the one that exactly fits my needs.
The games, it's just amazing. I would of never thought I can play games like those on a phone.
Of course, if you use the E7 for business, I think it would fit very well. However, with the low resolution screen, it may not be as good as it claims.
I dare anyone to actually play with the iPhone 4 for a few days (yes, days. A few minutes at an Apple store just isn't enough time to absorb what an iPhone 4 can really offer), then come back and say it sucks...

Technically, the AMOLED can't make strait lines Vertically because the way the matrix is setup... so ugly...
