but about some stuff you said
1- Yes you can share video easily , recorded ones or even any video on the sd card as well
2- flv + mkv are also supported via application :D
and working great tried myself
3- i agree with the heating up , sometimes it's not normal at all while playing big hd games
4- unfortunately you are right we can't pause while recording video which is very stupid thing by Microsoft & nokia
5- About UC , make sure you enable that application in the background , i don't have that issue you do

Wow just Buy this handset before 2 months Didn't Get Any Problem,,,Feel Good to handle this handset,,, But my next handset is "GOOGLE NEXUS"...

I am using this phone from last 3 months and experience it some +ve and -ve points. Here are some points:-
+ve Points
1. No Hang Problem.
2. Download Unlimited Application.
3. Awesome Look.
4. Good Battery Backup.
5. God Camera Quality.
-Ve Points
1. Can't Share Video Via Bluetooth.
2. FLV, MKV Video Not Supported.
3. Heat-up While Playing Games
4. No PAUSE option in Video Recording.
5. Can't Switch to another application during download from UC browser.
AT last my personal opinion is Lumia 1320 is a awesome handset because it has no HANG problem like any other Android.

This phone is awesome. Windows 8 os is much suitable on nokia phones. 1320 s performance ia very much similar to 1520. I used android for 2 years but wp8 is better than android. Nokia smart cam is awesome. Display is too good. Gaming experience is very good.performance is better than grand 2. Stylish phone compared to sanding phones. Little drawback is its heavy (220g) . I m loving it.

Its just a awesome Phone... Was using Samsung android phone which is worst and LUMIA is the best as of now.. U wanna go then GO LUMIA

Xperia C beats lumia 1320
Xperia C own PowerVR SGX544 , which is more powerful than adreno 305
Also quad core cpu is better than dual core cpu but not by much rate
1.3 for dual core / 1.4 for quad core
8MP Camera is great also rated awesome , but lumia 1320 5MP not so efficient
But wp8 is better than android it's simple
but the app store not big enough

Thumb rule, in two years Android device today will be slow and not able to hold the, the then google updates and you gotta get a new one. Windows phone will be smooth still.
Xperia C is long way off from getting 4.3 still and is an year old device.
But again, the apps is better in Android.
Back Camera -- Xperia C wins by a small margin
Front Camera -- Lumia wins by a big margin
