very disappointed with this phone! gone to the service center twice in less than 3 months. same problem. the display just malfunctions. i only have used the phone for about 2 weeks and it is broken again. i used to have high respect with nokia hardware but this phone changes everything. my rating: 1 out of 10.

Fantastic phablet.oneword awesome. Iused this near about 3 months.no hardware or software problem occurred still now.but have a little bit heating problem.1.7 ghz dual core processor extremely fast & any time challenges 1.2 ghz quad core procsr and wp 8.1 really awesome.😏😏

As far as I know, like any current Windows Phone 8 devices, for a reset (like pulling out your battery back in the day), you hold volume down and power key for 10 seconds. It'll force restart the phone. And no, it won't touch your settings and files (not a factory reset).

very fantastic phone. As a matter of fact its a good companion anytime any day. BUT if for any rason you need to restart your phone(like when an application gets stock). You will have to wait for the battery to run down to restart.

I have problem with the volume. It works when i hear radio or playing games but i doesn't work when i hear from youtube or from music apps. And sometimes the touch screen very hard to response. Disappointing.

i bought this mobile 3 months ago the performance of the mobile is really awesome. battery is outstanding. am facing only one problem to this mobile some times touch is not working this is the only drawback to this mobile.

is it possible to receive call/end call with a chorded headset.pl suggest such compatible head sets .there is no problem with bt sets.

Hi all,I've using the phone for over two weeks now and I did not experience any overheating problems? I am using the phone in 4g mode 24/7 and using it to download via torrent. I can say that it is indeed a very reliable phone.

This phone is superb. That phone not facing the problem of heating like Android. Friends please don't buy Android bases phone. Windows is far much better.

Phone gets too hot and battery drains up to 40% hourly just browsing web. i regret my decision to buy this oven.
