They have discontinued their service as they are upgrading. Soon you will be able to install whatsapp.. If you want to check you can ask someone else to download(Windows). Please wait for some time.

Updated my Lumia 1320 to Windows 8.1 last week,Preview for Devs and this is the best phone in the whole world. Great specs,awesome battery life,excellent display, No.1 OS, lightening fast and buttery smooth.
Loving it..Go for it.

No hanging problems..Excellent battery backup....6 inch screen.stylish..trendy...better features ...u r getting at Rs 19500...Grand 2 (Rs 22500) more costly and also the same old design of samsung...
