Only Samsung and LG are doing well in the android world and their days are numbered because other manufacturers have started making premium phones at very low prices, every manufacturer in android in future will struggle to make profits and the figures will go down AND NOBODY RULES FOREVER.
So mh friend compare manufacturers who make wp phones vs android phones then you will see why android sold more

i didn't mean to hurt sentimen... moreDear kumarc I completely agree wid you whatever mentioned in your coment.It dosent matter to a phone user that how many phones were sold in past by android or windows only the perfomance of the phone matters a lot to the user.windows phone perfomance is much better than laggy android from my personal experince.I have used android in past but after using Lumia 1520 I m die hard fan of windows becasue the perfomance is smooth and superfast last thing but not least with wp

acc to Wikipedia, the following statistics might justify.
at the end of 2013, the market share of android was 82% as compared to WP 3.6%
Also at the end of 2013, android sold 178 million phone as compared to 7.4 million WP.
i guess, its always an individual choice, don't judge me, cause i don't judge you.
who knows one day statistics may drastically favour WP, but until then.......

with the specs of the phone 1520 no one is dare to touch the competation till now. 1520 phone was released in late oct 2013 and till now no one is capable of competing this specs....now thats called competition.
this other friends is just finding reasons to make up his mind to go back. nothing much to say about is comments.
let him carry on with his android, if he likes. well i love nokia lumia 1520.

Window is like slow kick and steady you enjoy keep using it since its simplicity,user friendly and steady . Android is very quick and need to release hangover everyday and feel too much. Window is better for what you want except for the game and Android is only for fun and games.it is purely my view

I just don't understand with Android phones, no matter how great or high the specs are, it still lags. That's why I ditch it with Lumia 1520. No lags. Very smooth operation. Superb build quality. Brilliant screen. The only drawback is the apps. A lot of them are not available in Windows Phone 8. But still worth the price. No regrets.
