Nokia's first phablet, the Lumia 1520, has just gone on sale in its first market, France. The device will be hitting the stores of Hong Kong, Italy, Russia and the United States later this week.

The pricing of the Lumia 1520 will vary by markets, but we already know that it will cost $549 in the US. However, we will know more about the regional pricing when the phablet officially goes on sale.

To recap, the Nokia Lumia 1520 comes with a 6-inch 1080p display and the device is powered by a quad-core 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor along with 2 GB of RAM. There's a 20 MP PureView camera with OIS on the back and you get 32 GB of built-in storage with the ability to expand that via microSD slot.
