nokia will soon be releasing two different categories of high end phones: Meego (including parts of Maemo Harmattan) and a new Symbian generation.
According to public information, there is a brother to N8 coming with a keyboard. That phone will run Symbian. There is also a device to be released later that will be based on Meego. These pictures are not the N8 brother-phone, but something different, most likeley a Meego phone prototype.

it makes no sense to put a 12 megapixel sensor in a phone with such dimensions; The camera depth and thus the lens and aperture are too small to make use of it.

All of S60 and N900(Maemo OS) has/had LOCK PHONE feature when you press on "Power" button... Plus there is few third party programs for locking, backing up lockating your phone remotely if it was stolen/lost... As it is being either MeeGo(future development of Maemo OS) or Symbian it will have it...

GSMArena whose side are you on get the details right....its MeeGo OS everyone knows it but you cmon!! 360 x 640 pixels, 4.0in now we all know that the resolution will be way better then that...

only if it comes with maemo/meego/android, >=32gig int memory, secondary camera, and full version of quickoffice and adobe reader, i would call this phone invincible (and probably buy it)...

It's very important for me..

GSMArena now you need to make correct of phone specifications.
OS is to Meego
and other details. Nokia is going to give answer for Android and IOS. Lets see what will happen in next year. It will be the most impotent year for mobile technology.

N9 is leaked today ! Itz N9 and it has a led flash ! Not confirmed about mp but more chances of 8mp !

This phone is actually nokia E7 and it runs on symbian 3 OS. Nokia N9 will be based on meego OS. Nokia will launch the N9 after a few months from the release of N8 as they would wanna give it some run in the market before the N9 arrives.
