Prestigio MultiPhone 8500 DUO and 8400 DUO hit Russia in August
Prestigio showcased its Windows Phone duo in the beginning of June and now the phonemaker has detailed their availability in the Russian market. The MultiPhone 8500 DUO and MutliPhone 8400 DUO will start selling in the first half of August in black and white color variations.
The 5" MultiPhone 8500 DUO will retail for $227 (RUB 7,990), while the 4" MultiPhone 8400 DUO will carry a price tag of $122 (RUB 4,290). These prices are in line with the previously announced official European price of €170 and €85, respectively.
Under the hood of both smartphones operate a Qualcomm MSM8212 Snapdragon 200 chipset with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex A7 CPU and Adreno 302 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The 5" display of the MultiPhone 8500 packs a 720p resolution, while at the back, there's an 8MP camera recording 1080p video.
The Prestigio MultiPhone 8400 DUO packs a 4" IPS WVGA display and has an 8MP rear cam plus a VGA front camera for video chats.

Come back to reality we have all used affordable android phones in the past ,and we know what happens to a sub $200 Android phone in terms of update.
