I hate sony for creating m2. It defaces xperia c, as some of things were a rebump.

Anonymous, 30 May 2014LG G2 mini has batter battery life What are you smoking there? The G2 Mini has a 50% brightness of 91 nits, of course the battery would last longer, the display is almost like turned off. M2 clocks in at a staggering 325 nits at 50%.

I have to admit M2 is better than expected, battery is very acceptable, display good, camera is good as there is not much need for zoom-in details 99.9% of the time, this is clearly more than good enough for some cropping as well.
Sad that Superior Auto cannot be used, i dont know why Sony insist on 16:9 format, its unsuitable for most social media and what not, there should be a 4:3 option also in SA mode. Going to manual and select 4:3 reso takes away the advantage of Sonys excellent scene detection, the Soft Tone mode is priceless, all my girlfriends look like Playboy centerfolds using that mode in SA (when 4:3 was still an option is SA), but always having to manually select scene is too much trouble, point and shoot is the way to go for real life, im not one of those pedants who fool themselves with manual settings, look at how many Lumia 1020 owners are unable to produce an OK photo, and browsing some photo critics forums you can find tonnes of people with DSLRs who cant get a single good photo, its scary, thats exactly what it is.
Well, this phone doesnt get close to the BlackBerry Z3 in any case, even the price of M2 is far higher than Z3 despite M2 having lower specs, but i will consider this for someone here who could benefit from Android, Android is good enough for kids who tend to install all the useless apps available on Play Store.

i'm sorry but why gsmarena do you consider a dual-core krait 300 clcoked at 1.7ghz "older gen" and less capable than a quad-core cortex-a7 ?? the first configuration is better at almost anything.
