iPhone 4S over iPhone 4: Should I stay or should I go?

My daughter has an iphone 4s.she cant figure out how to close apps that are running in background.is there a settings or task manager she can go to?

I am a iPhone 4S (14.4hsdpa=4G) user & love it, I had to replace it after other one was stolen! So my backup iPhone 4 filled in still worked great. I compared my 3GS JB/U vs Samsung Galaxy 2 4G both T-mobile sim side by side on wifi & the iPhone 3GS blew it away loading pages of pics especially ebay's. My 1st iPhone 2G 412mhz cpu blew away my metro pcs Huawei M835 528mhz CPU so from old to new IOS outsmarts Android OS which for me means a better product! iPhone 2G still being sold 8hrs vs 4 talk time Android lacks and Duo/Quad/Octa? overkill hardware that the OS don't utilize. I want a 5S but $ so I'll wait 4 a used one!

I'm using I phone 4 it is a best phone n it is also my bst friend plz plz donot by Samsung n other phones plz try to by a I phone bcz it is good better best in the world I advise you dears! Bcz it's touch and other feathers are very useful n particable n I'm a football player so I saw my skills in hd in my I phone

iphone4s is cool easy to troubleshoot esp. setting up APN on the internet and on the MMS... cool stuff and easy to download :D
