I really liked this Sony phone and I don't usually like Sony but this one has great camera and you can get it now for around $79 and for a budget conscious person it's great but kit Kats outdated

Has anyone tried LineageOS 15.1 (Oreo 8.1) on this device?
I did, I'm loving it so far. Far better feeling than KitKat 4.3.

Even if your desperate don't buy a xperia Sp you'll hate it within the first 2 months horrible phone not worth the money

Hi,
Just don't buy Sony Xperia SP, it's a piece of crap!
The insulation is so poor that after less than 6 month there are lots of dust and dirt under touch screen, I even found a hair under that!!
When it hangs you cannot reset it, there is a reset button at the back but not works all the time, so you have to wait until the battery dies!
Totally not recommended.

I think sony will give android 4.4 to sp
Because Xperia t.tx and v support page changed to android 4.3 as latest and final version few days ago their Android 4.4 is under investigation. but now xperia sp only has android 4.4 under investigation.so they are making 4.4 to sp
