Samsung Galaxy Alpha leaks in another set of images

24 July, 2014

Samsung Galaxy Alpha leaked just a few hours ago in its first live images. The source also shed some light on the specs - a 4.7" Super AMOLED display, LTE-enabled Exynos chipset, 32GB non-expandable storage, fingerprint and hear-rate sensors, Galaxy S5-like plastic rear cover and metallic frame.

If the first set of images wasn't enough for you, here comes another batch. This time it looks like the Korean version of the Galaxy Alpha with the massive LTE-A logo printed on the back.

The new pictures reveal the Galaxy Alpha indeed comes with a nano-SIM slot and lacks a microSD one. The boot screen confirms the retail name and we guess Samsung will be indeed launching a new lineup of Galaxy devices later this year.

The 4.7" display, the lack of microSD card slot, the nanoSIM card switch, the metallic frame and fingerprint scanner sounds a lot like the smartphone is aiming to come as close to the preparation for an iPhone 6 killer for the Fall. We'll see how the things will turn out soon.
