Anonymous, 15 Sep 2016How do I remove the SIM card?Remove the back. You can use a dime or screwdriver in the tiny slot at the top. Twist. Once back is off, remove battery. The sim card can then be removed. When reinserting it, be sure and insert it in all the way.

Recently I've been having problem with my phone, whenever the sreen time out n I turn it on again I have to wait for about a minute before I can acess th e phone. at times there is a message that reads operation system is not responding. I really dont know what to do

I purchase a samsung galaxy express 1437 in 2014, and I have been having alot of problems with this phone, (1) most of the time someone would call the phone is on my person
on right next to me which ever room I am in, the calls do not come through the phone do not ever ring, the delete button works whenever it feels like,
I am missing calls because of these issues
What is the reason for this
Is there a warranty on this phone ? and if so how long

How do I change the type of network connection on this device?
I mean, I have an unlocked one but it seems to use LTE all the way and no 3G function, this makes my surfing experience quite hard since i do not have LTE connection in my country...#Uganda.
Please help as this has sort of turned into a night mare since all my research on the internet has turned futile.
