i have difficulty holding the tab at landscape mode. The bezels on the side is so thin that my thumb accidentally presses the screen. On portrait mode I keep hitting the capacitive buttons. If there is a way to disable the capacitive buttons and use the old style on screen buttons that would be great.

There is no on-line store. There is no "refund for 15 min" button. Google cannot help. It is not in Play Store.
If you hoover too long over a Samsung promo window, you are stuck with the app you mistakenly buy.
No rep in ANY dept can get the charge off your Samsung Account. You are stuck.
If you are not desperate for a stylus and/or split screen, buy an Ipad AIR. There is no appreciable difference. Itunes works. Apple responds. You will pay less.

This doesnt have NFC, DLNA, FM radio; all things the experia Z tablet has.
