I was wondering the same, I found some benchmarks between the two and the LTE version is slightly faster, almost unnoticeable. The big difference is the price. I'm in HK and the LTE (32GB) version cost me $750 USD. Whereas the Wifi 32GB version will run $600.

The secondary, slower processor is for graphics alone. Which one is better for you will likely depend on how heavily you use it for graphic intensive programs such as games and movies.

If your refer only to the processor choose the one with more cores and speed in GHz.

I'm getting mine from Ebay and it's on the way to my hands probably next week is customs does not hold on to it.

It takes time to customize these devices for release in other region. The wifi only version should be released earlier since it doesn't concern this problem.

I checked some of the phones in the store. It seems 4G model with 16 GB does not have snapdragon.
Could you check the processor using the cpu-z program that can be downloaded from playstore?
