3.leather finish with nice grip
4.bigger battery
5.faster processor
6.3GB DDR3 RAM
7.thinner bezels
8.10 sensors
9.bigger display in the same note 2's size
10.enhanced s pen features
11.speaker grill on bottom which produces good sound effects
12.finally more compact than note2
it is worth a upgrade!!

If you want a pen stylus then note 3 or wait for note 4. If you don't want pen stylus then wait for S5. Since you already have a note 2 with pen stylus it should be easier to decide. But I have been enjoying my note 3 stylus and is worth the upgrade from note 2. The camera will blow your mind away.

The Xperia Z1 for example is advertised plunging into water, and are pegged to have an Ingress Protection (IP)58 for 1m underwater. Its IP rating is not meant for swimming. Drop it in a pool more than 1m and you destroy it. The water pressure of more than 1m will seep through. If you go to their official website, you'll notice a 2nd lower rating of IP55 is indicated.
They are NOT waterproofed. The are only water-resistant meant for splashes of water and aren't meant for jets of water.
You're not suppose to intentionally get an Xperia wet.
GSM Arena should correct the IP ratings of Xperias according to Sony's official specifications.

I just bought IPhone 5S and I bored in 1 day its nothing special so I return it and got Note 3.
