S4 zoom is nothing but a toy just like galaxy camera. neither it's a top tier phone nor a camera. It would be better to carry a phn and DSLR separately.

Nokia have already experienced this kind of phones
and the answer is "NO"
there is no way you can make a nice phone with optical zoom
However i prefer N93i

getting a mobile phone dropped while playing is common... we can't expect this camera-phone to withstand a 4 or 5 feet high drop.. lens matters here.. in this area 808 once again scores good...
