Pretty accurate assumptions, but I would change a few things.
1. Storage will probably be available in 16/32 (maybe even 64gb), not just 16gb as you mentioned.
2. Main camera should be 12mp to compete with new smartphones, while front camera will definitely be over 1.3 mp since previous version had 2mp.
As for everything else, I completely agree.

According to some websites it's gonna have 2GB RAM and not just 1GB RAM...If so then it is the First phone to have so much RAM:)

Hi,
I brought a samsung galaxy s2 on January 2012.. But i got a G version.. I complained it to the service center and they told me that they will replace it with non G version.. Tomorrow i will get the replaced set.. So my question is if i want to upgrade my phone to Samsung galaxy s3 how much extra i have to pay.. What is the best way to get it without paying much??

its better to buy s3 than waiting for note 2. but can anyone give me a clear picture about quad core? does it save 20% battery or consumes more? does it really make pocket warm? is it really that bad?

You dont specify why it sounds better..I have had both Samsung wave and Galaxy S and galaxy s2 and the S2 fails in one department due to it using a Yamaha DSP rsather than Wolfson DSP..I may have stated this in other posts but i know which part the SGS2 fails in heavily whereas the Wave nad S1 dont..
You just come on and say Sony Walkmen sounds better but WHY?..
I will publish my reason in what part the SGS2 falls down but interested to know why you think Sony is better..I am interested for a big reason and wanted your input to see if its the same letdown..
I have had the Sony CMD Z7 and J5 and numerous Sony Ericssons from T68 to p900 to w900i to k770i and so on to many to list,,some where not to good some where pretty damn excellent..
So if you have an answer why you know why the Sony sounds better say so..

All mobile manufacturer including samsung are thinking on processor,camera,etc. I suggest all manufacturer to add new innovation like wireless charging , optical zoom in camera with infrared night vision camera and new technology in their new mobile to become leader. They cant rule market only by giving quad core or eight core with same 1 gb ram which is useless in mobile. As i am using samsung s2 or people using any dual core mobile are not going to buy quad core mobile without any new innovation.

I don't think Galaxy S III would be suprisingly wow..
Htc One X even almost the same with s3 according to the processor..
Let's see if there is anything good like 3D Screen or something?

Number of "cores" has everything to do with speed. A single core processor is attempting to run all handset functions; screen, apps, etc. off one processor. A dual core or quad core processor is drastically beneficial because it's splitting up the work load

4,6" screen is too big for a phone, i think 3,5"-4" is the best size
