S3 must have awesome design.
It should have 16MP camera with dual led flash. 1080p@60fps video recording with continuous autofocus. Quality of the camera should be best.
It should be with 32GB inbuilt Storage expandable upto 64gb & ram should be 1.5GB or 2.
With best gpu also.
& it must have software equivalent to SIRI.
SAMSUNG should make it best, no matter the cost.

I also plan on buying off contract, and I really still don't mind, if I could get those specs anyway.

Have been keeping an eye out like most people but no big news on SGS3,,hopefully they fit it with Notes 2500mA battery becuse its not that big a battery.Also its got to be Lithium Polymer for best results..Last year O2 brought this out on prepay at £399 with £10 top up and they sold out and when the new batch come in it was £479 as they made a mistake..I hope SGS3 will not be overpriced ..

The word is that the reason the original launch was postponed was for both Super AMOLED Plus HD screen and Big/Little Quadcore. If this is so the screen is already in production off their newest lines financed by their massive $42 Billion CAPEX Manufacturing Upgrading this year.
Big/Little is ARM's answer to extremely efficient energy usage even w/ present day battery technology. It can save upto 70% energy by only using the two A15 cores on compute intensive tasks like games and HD video playback. The 2 new A7 cores are easily scaled down to almost nothing (while A15 are off) for calls and routine tasks and simple apps like music, less demanding games, etc. The GPU is the first truly scalable Low Power Graphics Processor meant to power this new better than Apple fake Retina screen.
The chips are supposed to be manufactured on Samsung's newest 28nm process. Which makes them even more energy efficient. In fact this phone will have the best battery life of any phone on the market. Samsung is pulling out their Aces in this game. Which includes a Pact w/ IBM and ARM to incorporate the very latest technologies.... FIRST!!! Big/Little being chief among them. The competition will have to wait for both Super AMOLED Plus HD, thinnest, lightest, fastest and most powerful status till later and Apple doesn't stand a chance in hell competing against it!

I hope they really improve everything.. from HTC one X
because it perhaps take a half year difference. so the technolo should be half year further. but i don't really know if it could beat HTC Zetta in the next battle

well, it's really thin for quad cored phone. and the thin two sides is really good looking. i hope it has a great UI

iyantea, 13 Apr 2012its really use quadcore 1.5 ghz ? but battery just 1750mah... moreits possible there gonna do waht htc have done and put in a fith core which will kick in when the phone isnt using the other four, this has helped the htc's battery by miles
