At the back of the handset there’s a 16MP camera and the X12 comes with Bang&Olufsen surround sound speakers, multitouch support, Nvidia Tegra 2 CPU and aluminum casing. That displays sure reminds me of BRAVIA material

SE is not going on ri8 way,after 8-9 months only 2 phones and both r high end phones.everyone doesnt buy such 500 usd dollar phones,so make also midrange phones with all latest features as samsung,moto,htc,etc,
SE is superb in technology but no more believe
I used k750,w810,w660,w595 and now t715 all are super java phones but in android I didnt find my ri8 phone,this time se havnt froyo 2.2 phone now in 2011 but lg has optimus 1 with 2.2
I wish that se will rekease 7-8 phones in various range
Good luck se if not then nokia,samsung,lg are waiting still for me first time

This phone is called vivaz2 or mti15 and realased in Russia Cpu is snapdragon 1ghZ with adreno 205 gpu...very bad hardware phone..fuck sonyericsson for his phone

First SE messes up in updates big time, now they focus on staying up to date with software yet offer awful hardware. Seriously 300MB of internal memory? That's not even enough to the standard apps I usually have. And most apps don't move to SD card. Why don't they ever balance software and hardware just like hTC do.

No, I have a X10i and it's not better than this one.
This one has Gingerbread from start and a front facing camera, much stronger GPU in Adreno 205, the camera is the same megapixel but is has a sensor wich is improved alot.
And on top of that the price will come in at the same level as X10i for starters but will propably drop a little lateor on.

this is xperia neo.xperia neo has bean registreted by sony ericsson in december.this phone is known also as vivaz 2.neo means something new or revival of something old in this case revival of vivaz.

LOL but right now u can buy X10 for 320 euro . and i believe X10 is better than this Halon .

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2011the specs are amazing considering its a mid ranger, and 320... moreThe Arc is a high end because of a BIG, backlit screen, stylish exterior and classy finish.
It's made for a rich people who want a great looking, showoff phone.
But overall, i think this is a better phone.
3.7 inches works better for me with the same resolution and also the size-wise, the device is shorter and more compact.
Not to say it'll be cheaper than the Arc.
Front facing camera is a no matter to me.

This yr is gonna see pretty much awesome competition in smartphone segment.
Just take a look at the devices coming in 2011 -
From SE - Arc , play ,neo ,duo & some dual cores as SE confirmed recently & they even said that they have some interesting concept in mind for this yr.
From samsung the only mean machine would be galaxy s2 , nothing else.
From apple - the much anticipated iPhone 5.
From nokia - n9 (seems a great device) & even some dual core sets at the end of 2011
From HTC - qualcomm processors based dual core phones.
From LG - optimus 2x, optimus black & many other devices
From moto - atrix, bionic & some other phones.
From Blackberry - dual core smartphones.
I don't like samsung at all & i'm accepting that in front of everyone & the truth is that this yr samsung won't be able to sell even the half of galaxy smartphones it sold last yr.
The competition is so much hot this yr that samsung too will be lost in the crowd with it's only android flagship device for 2011 - galaxy s2.
Best of luck to every company except samsung.
