what SE is trying to... moreFor your info, 2nd gen proc & gpu for better performance. Multi cores phones are not mainstream yet.
Arc is high range with looks & ergonomics, do not make mistake to compare with mid range like neo, pro or ray.
SE does not make iphone-look-alike devices, unlike other phone makers.

i think the screen is not small,coz my vivaz pro has 3.2" screen,although it is pretty cool to watch.and 3.3" display of xperia ray is something special,it is a bravia poewered screen.especially the resolution is still better than or same as other high end devices.it is a beautiful beast,people.all in all it wil be suit to our hand.i wil buy this quality beast for sure.

Anonymous, 22 Jun 2011the only thing disappointing so far for this phone is the s... moreIm sorry to say but you dont make any sense...This phones is launched for people who like compact yet powerful phones....If you want a bigger screen,you can go for Arc or Neo which come at almost the same configuration....This phone wont make any sense if it gets a 3.7 or 4 inch screen like neo or arc coz then they all will be da same...lol

both xperia active and ray runs on android 2.3.4 with video chat feature.

This phone reminds me of the nokia x6, about the same size.. but with SE making the phone and it having andriod on it.. i think it looks really nice :)

I have used saveral Nokia Phone & samsung phone but was not satisfied at all.
Their phone are having common features whereas SE has it's own unique view,.features,.
SE rocks ,.Use it ones you will not be dissapointed,.

the best in the market with that design i will start saving for it it's just what i need from a mobile phone android compatible design battery life 1500 mah processor speed ram side screen res. camera with hd it's every thing i need and want don't froget the 2.3 android and the way that sonyericsson listen to customers with updates (like x10 from 1.6 to 2.3 )

I think XPERIA Ray wants to beat the retina display of iPhone 4. That's why Ray puts big resolution on small screen.

sony ericsson sure did great designs ,they made lots of choices so it could suit to everyones taste ( which also can generate their product sale ,good marketing strategy eh ? ),each designs had its own personality .i believe this phone has everything i need in a hand device ,d design ,its capabilities ,how it feel on my hand ...i wont ask for more .so i have choosen this RAY as my next new phone ,no doubt about it .
