Anonymous, 27 Feb 2013Now now sory to butt in but you want to now what sony did t... moreI would like you to stop all this people that posting that the Xperia Z is better than the Samsung, HTC, LG or Moto.

I did not say anything like that I did say let see how the Xperia Z will stand against the upcoming GS4 or Moto X phone.

In fact, I agree that the Xperia Z is my favorite compare to the HTC One or any other device realesed or announced up to now.

Listen the GS3 is the best Android 2012 but have cheap materials that a fact.

So, people need to be free as long as they follow GSMarena rules. If you see anything wrong simple report it.

Anonymous, 27 Feb 2013It's Ok that u will not admit your mistake. Wasnt expecting... moreThis is how you try to be cleaver? Sorry for you X10 had before Android 1.6 which limited the device to be multitouch capable. I did put for you a link where the Official update 2.3 able the X10 to multitouch up to 4 fingers. which makes you wrong by saying it was limited to one finger.

The multitouch up to 10 fingers isn't Something new because from the X10 to the Xperia Z Sony was able to put it on phone even if the X10 didn't get it officially but as you say the theory was there.

I wasn't lunatic to just say X10 already have up to 10 fingers because I did read about it and that is in 2010. I may not be right but you were very wrong to say that X10 doesn't multitouch.

If I have never read about X10 being able to multitouch up to 10 fingers why should I Google it? And I did Google it because I did read that somewhere and from now on you know at least that X10 could multitouch with Android 2.3 up to 4 fingers. You may say what ever you want but I teached you some.

Har har har har har harrrrrrr...

                From sony xperia Philippines Faceb00k:
"We are happy to announce that the Xperia Z will be available in Xperia stores on the first week of April. Be among the first ones to own this precision engineered full HD smartphone. The SRP is P 32,490."

Thats a bit late considered that Sony said Phil was in the first batch of countries to receive the Z, but its already available in Singapore? Maybe the Singa availability is not through official channels, then i would expect to find the Z also in TriNoma mall in QZ, Metro Manila, with only in-store warranty.

Anyway, price is good, i like it.

AnonD-116479, 27 Feb 2013I really taught to guy this phone. But after I saw HTC One ... moreTry to own s HTC for a while first. Come back in half a year after that and you know why htc sales had went down so fast. The reasons for HTCs fall are very real, it's not about poor marketing or bad specs, is about bad quality and arrogance to troubled owners. But no need to tell you, you will find out the hard way. I did the same some years ago, what a nightmare. And One has no cardslot and 64gb version will not be available to 99% of buyers, as usual.

The phone is out in Singapore and you can purchased it from today onwards from Singtel

The size of the screen is in fact the same size to One-X , 4.7"
The 3 home button occupied the screen itself which makes the screen smaller and not 5"

Other than that is a nice and great phone!

AnonD-1846, 27 Feb 2013To Zaru Now that I post that the X10 could do the up to ... moreIt's Ok that u will not admit your mistake. Wasnt expecting you to and you are not required to. Moto boy ahah.

It's funny how you goggled up a link claiming that it is theoretically possible to make 10 finger multi on x10 ahah. Maybe you should read it again. Because it does not say that!

X10 has a hardware limitation that rules out multi touch, the 4 finger was a rumor that was later confirmed to be false. Sony did update x10 with some kind of multi touch, or dual, and this is known to be a buggy workaround where x and y coordinates must both be different. If your fingers cross it will not register. Not important anyway. What matters is that you prove your ignorance and lack of knowledge and now you added the inability to do research and understanding what you are reading.

I'm not like you whom like to buy Sony just because you are a fan. I buy phones and resell them. Meaning you need to kwon your product. I fixed phone too, Software and hardware and this is why I know even about old phones like X10. In 2009 I come to the SonyEricsson forum and my friend I will always come here.

Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Supports 'Unlimited'
                                        Multi-touch Points
Sony Ericsson’s Xperia Arc, the slim high-end
smartphone that was announced at CES with
Google's Android operating system on board, is
reportedly capable of offering true multi-touch
capabilities, with support for 'unlimited' points
                                        touchscreen.
That 'unlimited' figure is actually reduced to only 32 simultaneous loading
points, but that should be enough for any end-user, since there are only
10 fingers to use on the handset's screen.
According to a recent article on Android Community, the upcoming
mobile phone comes with a Cypress TrueTouch-digitizer to handle the
multi-touch screen, thus having the aforementioned features on board.
The company behind the touchscreen notes on its website that the
display should support up to 32 X / Y sensor inputs, something that
would certainly appeal a lot to end-users:
Multi-Touch All-Point constructed Touch projected capacitive touchscreen
                                        controllers (CY8CTMAxxx) support Single-Touch and Multi-Touch All-Point
(Simultaneously interpreting Any number of independent points on the
screen) touchscreen applications with up to 32 X / Y sensor inputs and
                                        Screen sizes 5.4 and Below.
They allow functions Such As Keyboards implementation, input things
multiple locations Into a GPS, playing video games on a mobile handset,
and making multiple Adjustments to sound and / or video settings on a
                                        PMP.
Considering the fact that Xperia X10 does not come with multi-touch
capabilities, though it should receive an upgrade to enable the
functionality, the inclusion of this feature on Xperia Arc makes the
                                        handset very appealing.
Those who are not familiar with Cypress' TrueTouch technology should
know that it offers great performance levels, through all three
                                        digitizers in the series.
The Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc reportedly includes the
CY8CTMAxxx digitizer from the company offering:
