Man... people sound so dumb insisting on the "iphone-killer" thing... the iphone is not the ultimate phone... never was... there is already a bunch of phones better than iphone... Omnia, Renoir, Htc Touch HD and even the 5800... so just drop it already!

Really though, a 16GB microSDHC card should be enough for just about anyone, that's all the space the iPhone has after all and you don't hear people complaining about that.

oh yeah!!! definitely my next phone! i was surprised when i saw d video previews, it has a multi-touch screen! hop nokia could still fine tune d swiping to make it look smoother. nevertheless, perfect phone for me. my dream phone now a reality, 3mpx AF camera with VGA 30fps video capture, TV out, wlan, 3.5mm jack, large high resolution touchscreen, inbox 8GB microSD, A-GPS, and superb battery, all at a reasonable price. cool (in other words - lupet) =)

Roel, 03 Oct 2008this would be great it it has a faster cpu and a better bat... moreThe battery life of the 5800 is already better then most nokia phones, its even twice stronger then N96 or N95 8GB.

this would be great it it has a faster cpu and a better battery life, with that large colors to carry out and lot of applications installed. lastly a spacious internal memory like n96, people don't need large pixelated camera. that's why high-end camera are made of.....

81MB Internal Memory WHY WHY, it should have 4/8 gb minimum then upto 16gb memory card. neither LG nor Samsung (except Omnia) accept 16gb memory cards, WHY, I want to take most of my music about 8gb, then some movies (thats what a wide screen is for) 6gb then some spare for the programs & lots of photos. Come on phone manufactures 16gb should be the norm for the memory card & min 4gb for internal memory.

just saw some vids of this device and it looks slow, you actually see the loading signal when browsing pics, and another is that it doesn't look that much touch responsive, actually have to press hard to get a response, at times i saw where he had to try twice to get a response. i am a Nokia fan and have high expectations for their device,i am actually shopping for my new Nokia phone but it seems i still have to wait.

It kinda looks like the Iphone. But the design is much more worse. no offence. It looks really long. But then it has better megapixels than the iphone and is also a little lighter.
