yeah... great phone, congratz to nokia after so long, they finally produced an awesome phone. get android in their phone and produce a few more of this awesome stuff and nokia will get back their place as 1st choice for me when choosing a phone, for now, HTC FTW

I am unable to understand the specs of this phone...what weird resolution is 1280*768 when other sites mention that this has a standard HD resolution ? And what's with the 8.7MP cam when Nokia themselves said it is 8MP ??

I am telling this because next year there will be 3 new OS'es, Firefox OS, Tizen OS and Jolla OS. These new OS'es will make more trouble to WP8 and Nokia. What do you think?

It is designed in a format similar to Windows 8 desktop software but if U want a smart samsung mobile window phone 8, the samsung Ativ is a steady challenger of Lumia 920 because it has everything the lumia 920 has plus an 8Mp camera as well as a MicroSD slot (though it doesnt have the pureview technolgy but it still will be a threat to the Nokia enterprise)...Nokia is very vulnerable now. The company is worth 53% less than it was in 2007 & its share value dropped 91% since 2007. When Nokia launched the 2 lumias 920 & 820 it share value still dropped. Anyone who has been around long enough knows that Nokia make real great Mobile hardware but they dont quite know how to package & market it like samsung. They also didnt announce when they will ship, they only launched. If they dont ship before apple ships iPhone 5 (which I believe will lose fans to Galaxies SIII & Note II) they may have nothing left & may have to sell themselves off.......it will be disastrous.

I'm not saying that this phone would beat the shit out of samsung or apple. But it would save the day for nokia. That is what is needed for nokia right now. There are more wp8 and symbians to come to beat the crap out of samsung and apple. I am a meego fan too. but wp8 is a serious contender. use it to see it

Even Apple co-owner steve wozniak commended the Windows phone and uses a Nokia Lumia 900 himself, he actually said the windows phone OS is way better than the Android OS. with the latest pureview technology, the camera is the best in any device yet, it has 1gb ram deal with it, what do u want to use 2gb ram, is it a laptop? the Nokia Lumia 920 is way better than the apple iphone 4s, the iphone 4s camera is lagging behind the pureview, it has 512mb ram nobody complained, it has 1ghz CPU "its the best ever", its secondary camera is actually VGA "omg, so classic" the nokia Lumia 920 is better in everyway than the Apple Iphone 4S and will also be better than the Iphone 5, just imagine porting pc games and apps to work on your Nokia Lumia 920. This is the best phone announced this year..

dual core is suffient enough for everything...
