I had this since 2014. It's been the best phone I have ever owned by far (and I've owned a lot). Even now the battery lasts at least 2 days in a single charge and it's still the original battery. The biggest let down is that there was never an upgrade to Android 5. Stuck on 4.4 unfortunately and apps are slowly becoming unsupported from devices earlier than Android 5.
The screen finally cracked due to droppage in Feb 2021, so I recently ordered the Vivo X60 Pro (China). The phone is immense with a superb camera. I love it and I'm glad I stuck with Vivo again. Time will tell if it's lasts as long as my XShot did.

Buy it on oktober 2014 until now still strong without repair, just have old android problem..

Best phone I ever had. Bought it in Bangkok in July 2015, still going strong with one battery replacement. I will not replace it until it wears out.

Does anyone with vivo xshot having the problem in uploading Instagram story videos? I am able to upload photos to the stories but not video, please help! Have tried uninstall and reinstall, still the same result.

it takes nearly 1.15 hrs for me to full charge my cell

problem "Not enough system space" I got to Bangkok vivo customer service. They fixed it by reinstalling their android. Today, 1 month after, the same problem again with heating
It was good device for photo
Now I am going to buy another device

I buoght Vivio Y51L under warranty. After 3 month they charge 5.3k. company's customer care not given proer answer or solution. they product like third class quality product & services. I will never buy Vivo smart phone never refer to another.
