Week 17 in review: iPhone 7 to be waterproof, HTC One S9 launched
Not the dullest of weeks this last one. For one we had a rather unexpected high-profile launch - the HTC One S9 went official out of the blue, bringing us another One, just when we thought the name had been buried with the arrival of the HTC 10.
A couple of announcements came out of China too - the Honor 5C and the Meizu m3 made the headlines too, because who doesn't like affordable midrangers.
It's not just the official releases that gathered a lot of interest, though. The next iPhone is always a hot topic, regardless of what time of the year it is. This week we had another source reiterate that the iPhone 7 will be waterproof, and even schematics surfaced of an alleged iPhone Pro.
BlackBerry will be following up on the Priv with a couple of new Android smartphones, an updated Nexus 6P showed up in a benchmark, and Intel joins Apple in the war on the 3.5mm jack.

Iphone water proof no chance ever. Water resistance a definite possibility.
