Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 now seeding to developers

Some devices running on Windows Phone 8.1 Developer Preview are still unable to receive the official Windows Phone 8.1 + Lumia Cyan update, while others have been updated successfully. If you have enrolled your Windows Phone 8 smartphone into the Developer Preview program, today you will be getting an update.

No matter if you have received the final Windows Phone 8.1 build plus the Lumia Cyan package or not, as of today you can install Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 for developers. It enables Cortana in more countries, brings folders support on the Start screen, new Store live tile, better messages management, among others.

The Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 for developers is available now for download to anyone running on any Windows Phone 8.1 version and who has subscribed to the Preview channel.

As for the regular users, they will be getting WP 8.1 Update 1 in the upcoming months after it's bugs are ironed out and it's finalized.

i have Q-SMART STORM W510 windows phone the problem is that its now showing a blue screen with a sad face when i power it on can you help me on how to solve this i tried to use the windows phone recovery tool but the name of the phone is not listed ...
