05 July, 2015

Xiaomi has posted a teaser image (see below) on its official Facebook account. The image partially shows a price figure of INR5,999 and contains the text "TO DO: PAINT THE TOWN RED." Since it's difficult to conclude anything from the available information, lots of speculations are floating around.

Well well. What's happening 7th July? Only one way to find out. Like Redmi India , (our official page for everything and anything about our Redmi phones) and stay tuned. ;)

Some rumors have it that being said that the Chinese company will be slashing the price of its Redmi 2 smartphone - which was launched in India back in March this year - by INR1,000, while others suggesting that we might see the Redmi 2A being launched in India.

Whatever the case, we'll come to know soon, as the announcement will be made at 10am tomorrow on mi.com/in.

Xiaomi sell direct from their official website & currently only available to a few countries. If you bought it from 3rd parties seller, you'll get a fake phone with cheap quality, so be aware.
