66W charging for vivo S15e confirmed, the phone is coming on April 25

To nip rumors in the bud, vivo officially confirmed some details for the upcoming vivo S15e, while also setting a date for the full reveal. That will happen on April 25 (next Monday) at 7 pm Chinese time.

The phone will have a 4,700 mAh battery and will support vivo’s 66W fast charging. This will be paired with an unnamed 5 nm chipset with up to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB storage. Some leaksters speculate that this will use an Exynos 1080, just like some X70 and X60 models, but that part wasn’t confirmed.

The vivo S15e will also have a 50 MP selfie camera – just the one, so no ultra wide like on the S12 Pro, for example (that one had a 50+8 MP on the front in a wide notch).

The company also shared images of the S15e, showing three colorways.

Pre-orders for the vivo S15e will begin on the 25th, sales will begin soon after that. In case you missed it, vivo has an even bigger reveal set for April 25 – the launch of the X80 series.
