I have been using oneplus 8T since the beginning of 2020 and I can say that I have never had a better phone - I am very satisfied. Model KB2003. The only thing I'm not happy about is that I can't use volta because my carrier can't give me that option.

Undoubtedly a beastly phone even in 2023. I didn't upgrade hence it's Android 11 & still giving me performance like the very beginning.
Battery back up is great. With lot's of time in social media, some YouTube, taking moderate photos & videos, playing online games like CODM I'm getting SOC like 6:30 hours.
Camera is average & by average I mean great for most people. Usually I prefer Pixel for taking photos & it's average comparing Pixel otherwise great photos comparing brands like Redmi, Poco, Realme, Oppo, Vivo midrangers.
Display is excellent & fingerprint is so accurate. If anyone planning to buy it in 2023, RECOMMENDED.

Green line issue, disgusting experience. I will never buy smartphone from this brand and never suggest anyone to buy smartphone from this brand

I'm still using this 8 T 12 gb ram with 256gb storage it has overall been a great phone . Recommendations or comments, Recommendations: Always pay if you can for more storage it also usually means more ram , you won't regret this as software,apps and games keeps asking for more speed.
Comments: This is a welled balance phone and pretty fast with no lags especially 12 gb model.
The Only two things I don't like and one of them is with many phones is I liked the figure print reader on rear of the phone in the center not on screen.
Second thing about this phone is the selphie camera is lacking and virtually no wide angle to get you or others in the shot and you will definitely need a selphie stick. The main front camera is pretty good for forward facing shots regular and wide angle. Overall this phone has been a good phone with very little bloat ware and was reasonable priced .

An, 05 Sep 2023I am still in Android 11 .can i update to Android 12????You can search the phone brand and model to see how many android updates you get. Most of the time say for instance you will be able to update two or three times like 11 to 13. Usually certain manufactures get update access first like if they worked that out or have this agreement like Samsung. But usually after 2 to 3 years your phone will not be eligible for anymore updates. I think most people get a new phone every 3 years or so anyhow.

I just bought the OnePlus 8T (which is also my first ever OnePlus phone) two days ago and so far it's been a great experience. No lags, everything's been running fast and smooth. It does overheat quite a lot but that's probably because of the 30+°C outdoor temps.
Oh forgot to mention the price: I got this phone for only 100€

Thats why Pei resigned from the brand.
