I don't understand why there so much hate for people who like 8 inch tabs . I see such negative comments people saying 8 inch is too expensive too make or go buy fold etc etc . Why ? If you don't like don't buy there are few people who value comfort above everything else and above all 8 inches don't hate 11 inchers

          If I compare this to ipad pro M4 this is almost 50g heavier . Why samsung ? You have made some incredibly light weight tabs in the past . Tab s2 was amazingly light at 385 grams . And 8 inch was even better at 265 grams .

            This is probably the most underrated tablet of all time. It has everything needed to be the best tablet ever, especially with its 11-inch OLED display. It's also more affordable than the overpriced 2024 iPad Pro with an 11-inch OLED display.

                I don't understand why people are complaining about its size and wanting an 8-inch device. In my opinion, 11 inches is the perfect size for a tablet. It's a tablet, not a phone or a foldable device. I had an 11-inch iPad Pro, and it was very portable and convenient to use. The iPad Mini feels too small and more like a phone. Yes, Samsung should offer a mini category for those who prefer it, but overall, 11 inches is the perfect size for a tablet.

My guess is that Samsung believes this would canabalize the sales of the Fold devices though, since they are very close to that size when fully open. Lenovo makes an 8" device under their Legion line which would be a nice compromise, but sadly they do not make it for the US market. Coincidentally the Lenovo tablet is the same size as the screen on their Legion GO PC handheld, although a bit thinner being an Android device and not a Windows tablet.

                        Samsung please don't use exynos on xheaper version, we don't have to buy the expensive one to avoid Exynos please have a mercy on us, cut this ship, or never release it unless it matches Snapdragon. All the test it failed. I lookup a test between S9 FE processor vs the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 who was released in 2022 and guess what. It completely literally destroy the Exynos. Please for the sake of your fan cut Exynos!

                              Samsung should seriously consider bringing back a Mini variant of the Galaxy Tab S, a lot of people want a smaller 8~9" tablet with flagship specs, I bought the Galaxy Tab S9 11" 5G because it's the smallest tablet with flagship specs, but after half a year of use, I couldn't adapt to using it as a main tablet.

                              I went back to using an Legion Y700 8.8" which I consider perfect for general use, I can put it in any shorts pocket and walk around, I just haven't gotten rid of the Tab S9 because it is 4G/5G and has apps that only work on it because of that, if there was a Galaxy Tab S Mini 5G on the market that could compete with the Legion Y700, I would definitely opt for it.
