this redmi phone should not have a place to exist and being produced when there are other models out there that are miles better than this. helio g36 chips are basically a waste of silicon.

                yeah, i think this phone is only for light use-cases and watching youtube lol. fun fact: the cpu has a max tdp of 2.2W, so expect the battery to last a VERY LONG TIME.

                            I need some assist here. Just bought this phone yesterday. My insta reels are choppy and laggy. How do i fix it? I've already tried turning on and off data saver, not working. I've tried reinstalling the app, not working. I've tried downloading older versions of insta using the apks, that doesn't work too. Toggling ram extension and 90hz refresh rate on and off, nothing happens. I even tried formatting the phone and not restoring backups. When I use Instagram, reels are playing in very low frame rate. This issue happens on Instagram lite as well.

                            Help me please...!

                              Hello guys, what's the Android edition of this phone? I know that it's based on MIUI but I'm curious whether it's Android 14 (regular edition) or Android 14 Go edition?

                                    Anonymous, 04 May 2024Yeah, even though it's a good processor it's gett... moreeven going past the boot screen struggle to run on this. let alone games. i guess vivo Y03 and itel A70 is much more usable than this gargantuan camera bump with garbage inside. apparently newer androids makes the chip obsolete. the helio P35 runs fine on android 9 and 10. above that can introduce hiccups or freezes.

                                      Depends where you live how good it's value is.

                                      64/3 is 99 euro here, 128/4 is 109 euro.

                                      It's a fine phone with a poor chip, but at 121 euro the Galaxy A15 4G (128/4) is a better deal.

                                      But again, depends where you live

                                      (Motorola has nothing interesting here under 150, but between 150 and 210 euro they have some solid picks here)

                                        Well, its processor is technically Helio P35, which is from 2018-2019 under a different name. It was decent in its time since a majority of apps back then aren’t that demanding unlike today, which rendered this processor obsolete. But what's wrong here is implementing an outdated processor in newer phones that uses newer Android, which it can't even handle properly.
