Because HTC no longer produce smartphones. So, they no longer develop updates for them either.

I really hate with htc , they sale product without give update software, other phone brand give update software, why htc not update ? No people at there ?

Absolutely same exact experience from the US, I had metro and edge when not downtown, switched to ATT and got larger bill with just a bit better coverage. I Absolutely love HTC and this phone but if they don't come out with an oled for the US ba...
