Samsung only loyal with their flagship phone's, they don't think that everyone is not so rich so pls Samsung make good phone with decent processor with new design in midrange category.

The Exynos processor is a failure. I do not recommend buying the Air. The phone is bad

vivek, 24 Apr 2024how is this phone? any problems? Not really. It's a decent phone, performing fairly well. Battery life is good. It can get warm, but unless you're pushing the phone hard, nothing to be concerned about. Screen is bright, software is smooth. The cons are mostly the design, aka the thick bezel and the bulky size and weight for the screen size. But it's pretty much the only choice in its price range if you're looking for a Samsung.

SamG05, 22 Apr 2024If li-ion is poor why most of flagship use li-ion instead o... moreBecause lithium-ions save spaces, they can make it as thin as it can so they can make thinner flagship smartphones, but it comes with a cons such as lesser battery life. Im using 6 smartphones 2 flagship(2x li-ion) & 4 mid range (2x li-ion & 2x li-po). Im a electronics technician. Based on my experiences, yes the li-ion is thinner & li-po is thicker but li-ion battery always lose to li-po when it comes to battery life cycle.

Anonymous, 05 Apr 2024didn't have a problem when i bought a53 5g 2 years ago... morethere are no problem with snapdragon devices as the snapdragon chipset is the utmost priority for compatibility for android developer, but thats not the case for exynos chipset, for example in the galaxy s series where samsung use either snapdragon or exynos chipset depend on the market and when they are compared where the exynos powered galaxy s series would always performed worse than the snapdragon powered galaxy s indicated that the exynos lack the driver needed to perform thats why they always lose to the snapdragon chipset even if they are the same phone

I can confirm that the vibrations are worse on this phone compared to A54, the A54 has haptic feedback whereas this feels more Rumble-like. (Keep that in mind when choosing between A54 & A35, personally idc about haptics that much because I have them turned off when typing on my keyboard)

decent camera system, 10 bit amoled, sd card, large storage and audio jack. if buyers don't care about updates much, they would have more brands and models to choose from.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ has 3 years, Whereas Moto Edge 40 Neo, Sony Experia 10 V & Pixel 7a have 2 years left. (those are almost all more expensive/harder to find than the Samsung A35)

Heck, even A34/A54 from last year still have 3 years left + IP67. (All while being cheaper than Xiaomi’s Note 13 Pro+… 😅)
An All-Rounder phone is more than just it’s SoC performance.

you have to suffer, 23 Apr 2024"If you’re complaining about how hot the Exynos gets, ... moreI understand your concern about thermals, but frankly speaking this is not supposed to be a gaming phone.

This is supposed to be a competitive ALL-rounder. There’s more to an SoC than just the heat management or gaming performance. The ISP used in the Exynos 1380 is so great due to it’s well-tuned ISP. The same ISP processing present on the A54 has trickled down to the A35. The ISP on the A35 takes better selfies than the A55 according to many reviews…!!!

Exynos 1380 has a standard Mali GPU driver, whereas the 1480 has a new XClipse GPU as part of the Samsung-AMD partnership. It has worse driver support than 1380, especially in emulators. You’ll have to wait a while for Samsung to push out driver compatibility updates. (Though from a raw performance benchmark of course it scores higher)

As for power efficiency, A55 is more power efficient in EVERY Active-Use-Score except the Gaming battery life…

I have to give it to the A55 for Netflix-HDR, Better haptics, speakers, 12MP UW, eSim support & the truly black punch hole. But that’s about it.

YourLocalPhoneCritic, 16 Apr 2024If you’re complaining about how hot the Exynos gets, you ca... more"If you’re complaining about how hot the Exynos gets, you can always turn off 5G & get much better thermals."
that does not help at all. even this phone warms up from playing minecraft. this is just as good only if you play candy crush and scrolling facebook. a great phone for facebook moms, exystove isn't any good for power users and gamers. for the price.. better buy poco F5 instead of this overpriced low midrange phone.
