After two years of use, two months ago, problems began with charging. And now the cellular network has disappeared. I read here that many people have similar problems. Hard reset did not help. Very bad for Samsung to produce such a trash.

Anonymous, 19 Apr 2024Thks mate. Noted.If u can't get a used phone(or an a trusty one atleast), you should Aim for the galaxy A25 or A15 if the A25 is too expensive (you will receive worse camera quality on the A15, The A25 is practically as good as the A72 in terms of camera quality

Dr, 27 Mar 2024I updated it to OneUI 6.0 today and its freezing like hell. working fine for me after the update. try to find the problem and if you can't try resetting the phone.

I am from Bangladesh. My A72's last security update was on 1 SEP.'23. Till now neither got security update nor OS 14 or One UI 6. Has Samsung changed their update policy to A72?
