Jian , 24 Jan 2024Can this tab use to making phone call? Thanks.I 'chatted' with Samsung today, 21 Mar 2024, and I asked if I could 'number share' my Verizon phone with the tablet since the tablet has an eSIM. I already 'number share' my Verizon phone with my Samsung Galaxy Watch6 (as it has an eSIM). It costs me an extra $10.00 per month to number share for my watch. I can use my Galaxy Watch6 to make phone calls, texts, and other stuff even when my cell phone gets left behind at the house and I'm many miles away. So if it's possible to number share my phone with the tablet (because it has an eSIM) at the same time that I number share with my watch, then I'll gladly spend another $10/month for the tablet. I'll let you know when I get my Active5 tablet.

How about screen brightness? Anyone had some info? Previous Tab Active 4 was unusuable in sunlight

too expensive for just a mil std certificate with a very outdated spec, an exynos 1280 with 5050mah battery on 8inch TFT with only up to 256GB storage wont cut it, it should at least come with IPS and 10000mAh battery with 512GB storage

Anonymous, 30 Jan 2024Could be ExynosThis Tab Active 5 chipset iş Exynos 1380

that's the thing though. If only android could do a yearly top year basis a bit like Apple, then we wouldn't have so many products being released. I know I know, it's a lot to deal with, but then people get so excited for one product, and then here comes another. Why unearth would you want that though. To be honest, I like some Samsung products but sometimes it gets a bit too overwhelming when there's loads of them coming out at the same time. I don't know if any of you are like that but that's just my opinion. Also chipsets don't make sense anyway, the higher number chipsets have lower performance, except for QUALCOM. Especially Mediatek, you can't even copy and paste the chipset name because it's so long. You would also want to check out the iPhone 15 Pro Max if you haven't done already. You're a 17 pro is an astounding chip. I also had a look at the QUALCOM snapdragon eight gen three, three nano meter technology is such a powerhouse. Apples only introduced 5 nm technology to the M3 series of chips, please don't get me started on those. They are the best chips at seven. But I'm not judging anyone, that's just my opinion of Apple because I am an Apple fan boy and I stick to Apple. I have stuck to Apple since 2015, and I don't think I will be going anywhere any time soon.

This tablet uses the Exynos 1380 through Samsung's news as confirmation to their SoC.

Then we have 256GB, 8GB RAM, 5G option. Looks like a solid upgrade.
Other stuffs mostly are the same.
