I had the same issue and so did many others. Took it to the shop to fix it. If you are in Asia there are many independent shops that can fix it for cheap. But it's harder in the US and more expensive.

A good phone for its price at the time of release, I've been using it for 3 years. Downside I've noticed while using this phone is that the default file manager is very slow in accessing the SD card, whereas third-party file managers work quickly (some people say this is caused by MIUI). Another annoying issue with the Poco M3 is that during restarts or shutdowns, it sometimes gets stuck in a bootloop or freezes on the logo screen, which is a problem reported by several others in the community. As of today, my phone has experienced a deadboot – there is no MIUI logo or battery icon when plugged in. In conclusion, my 3-year experience with this phone has been good overall; it performed well and was fairly fast for its price.

I have had this phone since the end of 2021, it has turned off 6 times, I turned it on myself by taking it apart and applying heat, it kept turning off because the webview system was going crazy, it always told me that the webview stopped, especially in Google applications. I decided not to update anything, neither system applications nor store applications, since January 2023 it hasn't given me any problems, but I lost WhatsApp because I can't update anything. It's a headache, this is the worst thing Xiaomi has done in its entire history.

Had this phone once, mobo died on me and it's hard to get this bad boi back on when you turn it off. Do NOT get this phone second-hand as it almost certain that it has the same defect.

I've been using Poco M3 for more than 3 years, excellent battery, no problems at all.
Why are there no problems? Because I don’t update my phone, in general, it works great, so it’s funny when fools run after the latest firmware and then cry.

Most do not solve the problem permanently.
I had dead boot many times.
You have to wait about 10 days until the battery drops to 0%
Charge to 3% and turn on.

If this method doesn't work then try to heat up the IC with a hairdryer, then quickly do the method while the board is warm. Another thing to try is a slower charger instead of using the original power brick/adapter the phone comes with try a different one. It's a trail and error procedure that can work with 1 try or 100 tries. Tell me if this works or not please

To those who get the deadboot, before tou reboot connect you phone to the charger, there's a chance it won't deadboot but most of the time it will so what you need to do is quickly open the open and disconnect the secondary board then disconnect the battery, connect it to the character then press and hold your power button then quickly reconnect the secondary board then the battery, try this a few times if the phone doesn't turn on. Good luck I hope everyone suffering with this gets a better phone asap....
