Awful phone. Doesn't hold a charge for more than a day at best. The only redeeming feature is the camera, which is very good. But the battery is so poor you can't take it out with you on a walk and get a lot of pictures without the battery dying. Very poor internal memory, 4gb. And, with Android, you can't move most of the apps across to SD. It simply won't allow them to be stored on SD. So, pointless, you can't have many apps on the phone at all. Would be a great phone if it had larger memory and better battery life. Disappointing, only had it for a year, am getting rid and swapping it, even though I've got a year left on contract.

My Acer liquid E3 E380 doesn't hold a charge, goes from 100% to 0% in about three hours and that is when I am not even using it. I reported it to Acer. I was advised to fully charge it then let it go to 0%, I was told to do this four times then it will be fixed. Well I have done it about thirty times and it still doesn't hold a charge. I have been trying to get hold of Acer for about three months, they never answer my emails,texts and phone calls. I am stuck with this phone for another year. I have told all my friends not to get anything made by Acer.

This phone is driving me mad... The first one I had kept turning itself off for 12/14 hrs sent that one back now this one has for some reason taken half my contacts names and numbers off. Never never buy a acer 380...

Terrible Terrible Terrible phone! Slow, constantly crashed completely forcing me to click OK on 15+ error messages before you could finally restart the phone which then took an absolute age to start up. The quick launch button for the camera on the rear they go on about is only any good for taking 600 photos of the inside of your pocket! The camera was terrible at focusing. Every time it was updating apps it becaume so slow it was USELESS, you couldn't even make a call, speaking of calls it sometimes wouldn't even do that, you would press the call button and it would just not bother and all you would hear is silence! Worst phone I have ever owned!

Load of rubbish.worst phone ever had.flickering screen.cant use Facebook now .to top it all won't do anything at all.cant turn on or off.stuck on messenger.

Was a great phone to start with, loved it! After about 8 months I began having major problems related to app crashing issues, the lock screen crashing, a flickering screen, etc. After sending it off TWICE to be repaired by Acer (the first time they thought they could get away with a software update which did absolutely nothing). The second time they replaced the whole main board which did fix the crashing issues. I'm now having to cope with charging problems (not the charger, assuming the charging port or something internal) and the microphone (the bottom one, not the camera one) being completely broken, preventing me from using the phone for calls or using apps that use it like music searching apps. It's not worth being without a phone for 3-4 weeks (they say it'll be 1-2 but don't trust them) just to receive it back and have yet another issue with it, I won't be buying another Acer phone again unless it is supposed to be seriously good and reliable.

Gets very hot when data is on. Screen is flickering with no reason. Will take 30 minutes - 1 hour before the screen gets back to normal.

ive had this phone over a year i keep getting a pink dot on my signal ive re-set it through my settings ive told the store the dont have a clue whats up with it the worse phone ive had

After one year of use the software crushed over night. A new soft was installed . After another 2 weeks the display didn t respond to touch. Replaced ! At first service the headset was Replaced. Bad phone.

dont buy this phone... after usin it for more then 1 year, it turned out to bee a bad phone, the phone doesnt read sdcard, and frequently when i turn on my phone, hang on the acer logo, and its very hot also very slow

While it is a decent phone, I've had ridiculous problems with it that acer haven't even fixed. I've had it for just over a year and about 5 months ago I started having problems. I have very serious app crashing issues which my technical friend believes to be issues with the RAM or storage. It happens 5-15 times a day and requires a restart to get the phone running properly. I also have issues with a flickering screen. And it currently won't turn on whatever I try, it's not been turning on for about 12 hours now, I only received it from "repair" two days ago and if anything it's got worse. All acer did was a "software update". I shall not be buying from acer again, it is a faulty phone.

The only good thing about that phone is the front facing light and the camera as for the build quality poor memory that is expandable but not by much and poor support and when in recovery mode it was in pure Chinese and the home/power button gave up after three months so for the same sort money then the moto x is by far the better phone.
