This is basically a rebodied HTC Desire in a slightly prettier frock (Although the Desires industrial design appeals more). The only internal difference appears to be the Acer uses the MSM7227A instead of the Desires QSD8250.
Seems a retrograde step for Acer considering almkost a 2.5 year difference in release.

not minding the specs, this phone looks classier and more expensive than samsung's sgs3. my honest opinion.
