As I have explained on my previous post, do not try to put paper or something. Instead of it just contact to your seller and give it to warranty service. Acer know the problem and they will change the touchscreen. It has happened twice to me and they have changed 2 times without any extra cost.
Also, if you want a simple solution, try to tap like 'knock knock' on to the screens home key place when there will be bug. you will see that bug will disappear and phone will work fine sometimes for couple of hours sometimes for days. But ı don't suggest that option. So, if you have warranty than just contact acer via internet, explain the problem detailed and than give it to warranty service. And I sugest to give the device to the shop that you have bought as warranty service instead of sending it directly to acer. So that the shop will care about everything and you will get back your phone repaired or not. (instead of paying to acer for just diognasing the problem which is the case for some users time to time)
