Hi guys ,,just wanted to seek help on how to enable OTG on this handset..do we need to download something on playstore???

Hi All,
Just bought this phone last week and it is a great phone. I am an iOS user (iPhone 4) and sold off my iPhone and get this phone because of the spec. Got the 16GB storage and 2 GB ram.
For now, it is working as it should. My usage is just Whatsapp, FB, Twitter, News applications and of course calls / sms. No hanging and perform quite well.
What I like:
- Very very clear screen
- Great 8MP camera
- Screen size is good enough. Not too big
- FM radio functions good even inside office with no phone line coverage
- Very light and slim phone.
Cons:
- Phone gets a bit hot if use continously for more than 15 mins.
- The touch screen does not really work around the edge of the screen. Need to tap a few times.
- There is no grip on the phone. Feels a bit slippery as it is light and thin.
- Per day have to charge twice under heavy usage. (I am a frequent news reader)
Overall, great phone with an awesome price. Hope this helps those who is considering this phone.

Help. Phone keeps looping on the banner screen. Tried rebooting but to no avail. I tried hard reset but it turns itself on after a few sec. I had an alert awhile ago of a system update. Downloaded it OTA and then it's been doing this loop for an hour already. Anybody have an idea on what this is?

when i turn off my phone and open it.. it will ruin all things in it.. and i need to restart it several times to recover the features. maybe 10 - 20 times. the battery is quick to drain. can you help me with my problem? is this normal?

The back of the phone gets really hot when you charge it for like 2 hours. It s ucks..

Guys, do not buy this, i regret it, its not worth your money
The phone is good at first, after a month some issues starts to appear. It lags a lot, considering i dont have apps downloaded. The feedback of the screen is not that tactile. And typing messages lags also. The worst is the battery life. Normal usage like call, text, surf is good for a day. The phone heats up when you charge it. Its very hot. I regret buying it.

The phone is good, but after sometime, it lags when connecting to facebook, very annoying. When browsing photos, its not fluid, and im worried about its after sales service its very limited here in the phil. Acer is great on laptops/computers, but to their phones is debatable. Now im planning to buy samsung, i think its worth to buy..

The Acer has only one speaker. The other one is fake, just for design made. Greetz.

Need help....when I tried playing through loudspeaker only the bottom speaker is working ,is it normal or the two speaker should work simultaneously, the store I bought it from ate clueless to this problem..just wondering if you also experience the same problem
