I use this phone for 1 years and I install aplication about 200+ you know what, theres no problem about that, But the rear camera is so bad, front camera is more better. still using this phone for playing game until now, my wife use samsung galaxy note 3 and she have 100 aplication, the phone was laging, Acer Z500 is more better than samsung I think

It seems that z500 are kinda "unique" phone so not much stores that offer the spare parts and accessories for z500. Mine is kinda tough one, having smooth performance and I still able to fix the phone myself if there's a problem appear. But the cover and the edge of my phone don't appear to be as strong as the screen. The edges of my phone went to chuncks as soon as it fell of to the floor, but the screen is totally fine even after I accidentaly dropped it on the asphalt. i want to change the physical part of the phone, but i'm already satisfied with the features so i guess we have the same prob here ._.v

help pls. my acer z500 micro sim slot 2 keeps on receiving a messge again and again everytime i turn it off/on. even though i inserted a different sim, it always receive that certain messge and it really frustrates me bcos i dont know how to delete that messge PERMANENTLY!

Very dissapointed! I bought 2 as on special offer (one for me,one for my wife) as I had read that the performance was positive. After a couple of days one of the phones went into boot loop. I took it back to the shop and after a hard reset it started to work again ( not to mention that i had to reinstall all my personal applications). Last week, same problem ! boot loop again! I did a hard reset but now the phone does not switch on anymore. I tried to recharge, reboot everything but my phone is dead! i now only have a 100 euro paperweight! I hope the other phone resists more than 5 months....Never again!

please help me to fix my liquid z500 because my wifi button was stuck up on "wifi turning on" until now i can't able to use my wifi button i tried hard reset but stil my wifi button keep stuck up..

z500angel, 07 Sep 2015having issue with internal storage .. it's warned me th... moreI have the same problem with my internal storage. I can't access it and in Storage option I have 2 Phone storages for some reason. Total space for internal storage is calculating non-stop along with any other available space on it. I have SD card with 8GB and now I can take a picture cause every shot goes to SD card. I want somehow to transfer my old stuff from internal storage to SD card and I don't know how. I have this phone, and also Acer liquid z220, both of them is good phone, but I don't know why the part of Z500 not exist again, I need to change the part, not change my Phone.

when i hit the pwer button to turn it off when im not using it, and when I press it again to see notifications, it will hang. probably, the display will be delayed for minutes, how can I fix this?

RadarX, 20 Jan 2016phone is working fine, its already been a year now the only... morejust buy a potable power pack they are very small and have power for days,so if you´re out and about and still wanna play games and surf you won´t have any power problems. just a little tip ;)

phone is working fine, its already been a year now the only thing that annoys me is its battery life, but when i dont play games and do too much web surfing my acer can last up to two days..
