how to fix my z500? if i got video using my camera it has no sound at all.. but if the video is only tranfered to me it works? how to fix this?

on z500 uninstal updates is the only way to clean internal storage for new apps, but i will see how much is it effective, and does it make any new problems. couse i clenaed around 500mb with just acer apps updates uninstaling.

hate this phone,
i want to uninstall some built in apps so I can add more apps to be saved to the memory card but I can't install due to insufficient internal memory. Damn phone! Anyone can help? I have enough memory card but the internal memory space is only 240MB. I already deleted all the photos, videos, coz i thought it can help but it can't be.
