This has the least durable LCD I've personally ever seen on a flip phone. Very disappointed.

crap, poor brigthness, poor loudspeaker, cheap materials.
LG G350 is way better than this. Best avoided

Both me and my wife got the Alcatel 2012. I am on Sky and she is on Vodafone. When she rings me she gets no ringtone but it rings my end . When I open it up to answer it cuts out. We both can receive and make call from all other networks including Vodafone

Dear friends,
After one year of using this phone, the speaker above the screen (for listening in calls) trembles and i cannot understand what the other person says. Probably it failed, i don't even consider repairing it. Good and cheap phone but the speaker failed. Its a pitty but what do you expect from a cheap phone...

Purchased this phone from Australia Post no more than 6 months ago - now it is obsolete as it is 2G only and 2G has been switched off. Will NEVER buy tech from Australia Post again and will NEVER purchase anything with the Alcatel name on it. Feel like every time they sold one of these in the last 12 months someone was sniggering and saying "We got another sucker".

I have been told by Telstra that this type of phone will cease to operate from 1st December 2016 even tho they are still freely available for sale. this is unfortunate as I just got one a few months ago and its all I need. If you call 1800 718 650 Telstra will issue you a new Telstra cruise phone free of charge. I know this as I just received a free new phone. Good luck folks
