You cannot download any of your photos from the 2040D. On phoning "technical" support (02074500026) as regards this, the explanation given was that the 2040D was a cheap basic phone and as such could not be expected to have a download facility!! The fact that one would want and need to have a download facility was lost with "technical support", who seemed unable to understand the stupidity of this lack of ability to download!!
