I've had this phone since 2019. I'm not a fan of change but when I saw how big the screen was, I switched from Samsung to this. At first I started to wonder if I made a good choice because the phone was so big, it kept slipping out of my hand and my family kept asking me why I got a "phablet", especially if I couldn't hold onto it. After I adjusted to the size, I really loved the phone. It wasn't as fast as the Samsung's Ive had and the camera and graphics aren't as good, but I just loved the phone anyway.
Now I'm struggling with it not charging, no matter what I do. I've done everything recommended to remedy the issue but it's just sitting there, useless and I'm using a temp phone until I can fix it or give up and buy a new phone. It's been a good run and I'm not complaining. I'm just sad. As I said before, I don't like change.

One with usb data throughput. They are not expensive about 20 bucks on amazon for a set of 3 cables different lengths and multiple tips. Put the tip in your phone and leave it there. Problem with the charge port solved. I've had mine for over a year now and haven't had any issues with the magnetic charger dongle in my phone. Just keep it off the floor and it won't collect debris in them like little magnetic rocks.
        I love this phone and I'm seriously considering sticking with alcatel. They really out did themselves with the 5032w.

          Love love loved this phone for 6 months until the charging port went out. smh I'd read a lot of others have the same complaint, so I'm hoping it's not a ploy to get you to buy another phone... smh

                Worse phone i got Alcatel created this device for scammers no matter how many times I reset my password or the phone and my WiFi my security system
                Some how Alcatel v3 opens up Bluetooth , hotspot,wifi for scammers to use your device's to do illegal activity
                I just found out out yesterday my ss,my DL basically everything I worked so hard to keep it hidden is not hiding anymore.also the radio music app and i have norton 360 but still intruders were able to turn of that future without any problem.so beware and i hope you don't have to go through like i am.

                  I have Alcatel Onetouch Flash Plus since 2014, only at Android Kitkat and no upgradable..
                  But we can not find Alcatel in Indonesia market.

                    I've had this phone for about 7 months now, and it has given me no issues whatsoever. It's an amazing device with enough power to play pretty much any games you want. I've been a fan of alcatel since I got one of the Fierce models about 5 or so years ago. I love their devices, and especially this one. It's worth every penny I spent for it :3

                      Hello I have the Alcatel 3V(tm) through metro by tmobile. I have had it for a month I a and can say that I really like the phone. Has a good big display, easy to use fun for playing games surfing the internet, checking emails, making calls and best of course all two speakers that play music really loud which is my favorite feature.

                        Hi, me again.
                        Last time forgot to mention it about battery power.
                        It's totally awesome.
                        I can go 18 to 24 hours on medium to heavy use before I have to think about charging; actually went 27 hours one time and plugged it in when battery was at 17%, that was a heavy use day too.
                        You will be happy with the battery power.

                          I have had the Alcatel 3v 2019 now for a month, absolutely love it. Great screen, camera, clean next to no bloatware. Good solid phone, strong too. I do installations all over the place, lots of travel and need a phone that can take hit now and then, and this big guy can do it.
                          Fits well in my pocket or my tool holster.
                          I use to have a Samsung A70, gave it up for the 3v 2019, don't regret doing so one bit.
                          No trouble to get good cases for it, lots of sources.
