Horrible phone. After having it for 3 months the power button broke down and it loves to restart whenever it wants to.

I have this phone and it has some cool abilities but some cons as well. The front camera is poor...it's foggy and dull unless you have an excellent amount of light. The regular camera is sometimes dark for no good reason especially while recording. You can't title your notes. You don't have many options for personalization on things unless you download apps. The battery life is ok, but WiFi will drain a lot of it. However, it does charge fast. While on the internet, it can be sluggish and sometimes it will take long while trying to send a MMS. You also can't remove the battery but that shouldn't be much of a problem because of its Power Off and Restart options. As far as I've witnessed, it's also pretty durable when dropped. Overall, it's not a bad phone...especially as a first our second phone for a teen.

my idol 2 get blocked because thre are not enough room to save the snapshots i took. Camera seems to work properly but I can´t erase snapshoots that are files in the sd card nor the phone
what can i do?

Locked bootloader... Bad front facing camera; extremely dark and fuzzy unless it's very bright. The main one is decent, but can't do close ups. Need an SD card to make phone really useful. I like that it lowers volume when headphones get plugged in, so I don't get blasted with sound. First one's screen went out for no reason within 2 months, but was able to get it replaced within 10 days. Had to pay for shipping old one back. They gave me a free shipping label with new phone, but I had to mail mine back before they would send new one.. So it was useless. I like it for now, but would not buy again.

My phone is not reading my 16gb SD card n I dont no why... it was working and now its not.... Ive had this phone ( alcatel one touch fierce) for almost a yr and I never had a problem n my sd card has been in this phone since I got it. Please help

this phone sucks . its low on storage . i downloaded one app and its saying that my memory is full. the camera sucks and so does the phone i just hate it . whenever i answer a phone call it immediately hangs up and whenever i plug my headphones in the musics get quiet

you can't even take the battery out, and when i'm recording every thing goes black i don't like this phone i returned mine so don't waste your money on this phone that's all i have to say about this phone.

I like the phone. It's convinient but one thing is that the camera is sucky but yeah other than that it's perfect👌💕
